    Hi Lynne!

    How have you been?

Just wanted to check-in and wish you a Happy New Year! My dad came by for Christmas and gifted me with 50 servings of his famous pho. That got me thinking that we STILL need to get together. Once for pie, and once for pho. My schedule will clear up in February, so let’s plan a day then???

I’ve been meaning to try your twisted cookie recipe. And plenty others, too… That chicken sausage and mushroom pasta is definitely on my to-do list.

    Cheers!
